Absolutely. Many of our treats can be customized with colors, flavors, packaging, and even edible images or logos, depending on the product and timeline.

All of our cotton candy is natural white. We are happy to customize your order with colors! We can add food coloring to match your desired color scheme.

All of our flavors can be found here. We love doing custom orders, so feel free to mix flavors to create something new, or request flavors not on our list. With enough lead time, we may be able to order more flavors.

Cotton candy is best eaten immediately, but our cotton candy should have a shelf life of about 1-2 week or longer in a cool dry place so long as the package hasn't been opened or moved vigorously.

Settling is likely to occur if the cotton candy sits for an extended period of time. It does not go bad per se, but the texture becomes compromised. The moisture in the air and cotton candy do not mix well! Once opened, eat immediately for best results.

Lily had a lot of fun experimenting with cotton candy to see what happens when it's left out, when the package has been opened, and when you drop water on it!

We take all major credit and debit cards, gift cards, and PayPal. If you buy from us at a farmer's market we accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.

Absolutely! We can set up pickup times and determine the best location if you email us directly.

If there is a problem with your order that is our fault, for example, we shipped the wrong order, or the packaging didn't hold up to the humidity or heat during shipping, we are happy to either refund all or part of your purchase or simply replace the mistaken flavors. Please be aware that some natural settling will occur during shipping and that cannot be helped.

Priority Mail packages and items shipped via UPS are insured and MAY be refunded or replaced if damaged or lost. Please email us a picture for proof of damage. Our email address is lilysmagicaltreats@gmail.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS and so unfortunately we do not offer refunds based on delays.

Candy cart services are fully staffed, full-service experiences designed for larger events. Rentals allow clients to operate machines themselves using our smaller carts and equipment.

Our cotton candy and lollipops are vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free by recipe. We also offer dye-free options for both cotton candy and lollipops.

All treats are produced in a shared commercial kitchen that may process common allergens. While we do not typically share equipment for our products and sanitize all surfaces between uses, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Yes! We offer both custom event services in the Madison, Wisconsin area and shipped treats available nationwide. Event services include catering, candy carts, and rentals, while our shop offers select items for shipping or local pickup.

We work with a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, school and community events, fundraisers, and more. Our offerings range from full-service experiences to custom favors and rentals.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and larger events. Availability can be limited during peak seasons, and dates are only secured once a deposit is received.

We are extremely busy with events from late spring to early fall, so during that time period we may need a longer lead time than during the colder times of the year. We try to get orders in the mail within a few days to a week of ordering, but may need longer for larger orders, during event season, or on orders that may need something special ordered to complete. Orders are typically made Monday through Thursday, with orders received on Friday or over the weekend completed the next week. If there is a specific date you need your order by, please please include that when ordering. If the deadline is within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact us first to be sure it is possible.
