Cotton Candy Cart Services and More

We have a number of different carts and cotton candy machines available for catering service in the Madison, WI, area. From small, intimate children’s parties to large, adults-only weddings and events, we have something to fit your party needs. We will happily work with your event planner or other vendors to make your event everything you dreamed of and more! We can do indoor or outdoor events, though we cannot spin in the rain. Extreme humidity also poses a challenge.

On the day of the event, all we need from you is access to a dedicated power source. We cannot share an outlet with anything else. We have power cords up to 50 feet long.

Fees include travel up to a 10-mile radius of zip code 53717. Additional fees apply outside of the radius.

To reserve your date, we require a deposit of $50. The deposit is due upon receipt, and the date is only considered secure if the invoice is paid. Your deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

30-day notice to receive a full deposit refund on canceled events

The final invoice is due one week before the event.

Candy Cart Services — What to Know

We offer a variety of cotton candy carts and machines for full-service catering throughout the Madison, WI area. Our services are designed to work beautifully for everything from small children’s parties to large weddings and adult-focused events. We’re happy to collaborate with event planners and other vendors to ensure a smooth, cohesive experience.

Event Requirements & Logistics

Event setup

  • Indoor and outdoor events are welcome
  • We cannot operate in rain
  • Extreme humidity may limit our ability to spin cotton candy

Power access

Power is critical: Each machine requires its own dedicated electrical circuit. Machines cannot share outlets or circuits with each other or other equipment, this includes having more than one cotton candy machine, or a popcorn and cotton cand machine running.

  • A dedicated electrical outlet is required
  • Outlets cannot be shared with other vendors or equipment
  • Extension cords up to 50 feet are provided

Travel

  • Pricing includes travel within a 10-mile radius of zip code 53717
  • Additional travel fees apply outside this area

Booking & Payment Details

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date
  • Dates are only secured once the invoice is paid
  • The deposit is applied toward your final invoice

Cancellation policy

  • Full deposit refund with 30 days’ notice

Final payment

  • Remaining balance is due one week prior to the event

    $375 per hour


    Our most popular cotton candy cart experience, designed to look polished, intentional, and photo-ready for any type of event.


    This package features our modern LED cart styled with vinyl accents or color coordination and simple signage, making it a great fit for weddings, corporate events, parties, and celebrations of all kinds.


    Includes fresh-spun cotton candy, three flavor options, a professional attendant, and approximately 60–70 servings per hour.


    Early setup & staging available as an optional add-on for select venues.

    $525 per hour


    A fully styled, statement-level cotton candy experience designed to serve as both an interactive dessert and a visual focal point.


    This package includes our modern LED cart styled with premium design elements such as vinyl panels or wraps, florals or greenery accents, and an LED sign. Ideal for events where presentation, flow, and guest experience matter most.


    Includes four to five flavor options, a professional attendant, and approximately 80+ servings per hour.


    Early setup & staging is included for venues within 20 miles of 2303 Pinehurst Drive, Middleton, WI.

    A clean, modern cart option for events that want an elevated look without full styling.


    Sweet & Simple includes our LED cotton candy cart with a minimal presentation, two flavor options, and a professional attendant. This is a great middle-ground choice for birthday parties, school events, open houses, and casual celebrations.


    Approximately 40–50 servings per hour.


    Styling upgrades and early setup available as add-ons.

    $185 per hour


    A straightforward cotton candy service focused on fast service and crowd favorites.


    This option uses a tabletop cotton candy machine or basic metal cart and includes three flavor options, a basic sign, and a professional attendant. Best suited for large crowds, casual events, and situations where presentation is less of a priority.


    Approximately 40–50 regular cones or up to 70 mini cones per hour.

    • Includes unlimited popcorn for your guests

    • Approximately 150 one ounce bags per hour per machine
    • *Start time should begin approximately 15 minutes before you would like service to start in order to prepare popcorn for guests 
    • For example, if you would like for popcorn to be available for your guests at 6pm-7pm, plan to have popcorn  start time be at 5:45pm
