Cotton Candy Cart Services and More

We have a number of different carts and cotton candy machines available for catering service in the Madison, WI, area. From small, intimate children’s parties to large, adults-only weddings and events, we have something to fit your party needs. We will happily work with your event planner or other vendors to make your event everything you dreamed of and more! We can do indoor or outdoor events, though we cannot spin in the rain. Extreme humidity also poses a challenge.

On the day of the event, all we need from you is access to a dedicated power source. We cannot share an outlet with anything else. We have power cords up to 50 feet long.

Fees include travel up to a 10-mile radius of zip code 53717. Additional fees apply outside of the radius.

To reserve your date, we require a deposit of $50. The deposit is due upon receipt, and the date is only considered secure if the invoice is paid. Your deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

30-day notice to receive a full deposit refund on canceled events

The final invoice is due one week before the event.

Popcorn Service Stand Alone: $160

  • Options

    • Includes unlimited popcorn for your guests
    • One dedicated attendant
    • Popcorn salts
    • Bags
    • Bagging Service
    • Bag display for grab-and-go
    • Approximately 150 one ounce bags per hour per machine
    • *Start time should begin approximately 15 minutes before you would like service to start in order to prepare popcorn for guests 
    • For example, if you would like for popcorn to be available for your guests at 6pm-7pm, plan to have popcorn  start time be at 5:45pm

    * Allow additional setup time

    *We will make the popcorn and bag during downtime. Otherwise, this is a primarily self-serve option


Snow Cone Stand Alone: $150 per Hour

    • Includes unlimited snow cones for your guests for an hour
    • One dedicated attendant

Cotton Candy Add-Ons

    • Light-up LED cotton candy cones $3 each
    • **Coming in November** edible image printed directly on to your cotton candy, starting at $50 pricing varies depending on party size
    • Personalized cotton candy bags or tubs for your guest, pricing varies depending on quantity and style
    • Edible glitter for the cotton candy $13
    • Edible sugar stickers, price varies depending on quantity
    • Additional attendants (for more significant events)
    • Additional flavors (over 100 natural options!)
    • Added FDA-approved colors
    • Custom cart vinyl logo, branding, or images
