Machine Rentals — Additional Details

Rent delicious and fun food machines for your next party, event, or fundraiser. Machine rentals are a flexible option for hosts who prefer to run service themselves, with supplies available for purchase through us or from your preferred retailer.

 

Rental Options

• Discounts available when booking two or more machines

• Full-service operation is available starting at $150 per hour

• Supplies may be purchased through us (tax applies) or sourced independently

 

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup available within a 10-mile radius of 2303 Pinehurst Dr, Middleton, WI for $20 each way

• Pickup is by appointment only during select hours at this location

• Porch pickup on the west side of Madison is available at no additional charge

Power Requirements

Proper power access is essential for machine rentals.

• Running multiple machines on the same circuit may cause power disruption

• Each machine should be placed on its own dedicated circuit

• A generator may be available for rent for $50, depending on availability

Renter Responsibility

• Renters are financially responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Machines must be operated according to provided instructions

Return Condition

To ensure a smooth return process, we ask that all machines be returned in basic, mess-free condition.

• Popcorn must be emptied from the machine prior to return

• Sugar and residue must be emptied from the cotton candy bowl prior to return

• Wipe-down or deep cleaning is not required

• We handle full cleaning and sanitizing between customers

Machines returned with excess product or significant mess may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
